In this article, we'll cover how to update appointments to reflect:

  • appointments that showed up
  • appointments that didn't show (no-show)
  • appointments that cancelled
  • appointments that rescheduled

It's extremely important you update appointments with the correct status as it will reflect in your Appointment Report. Updating appointments' status also triggers automation events (if they are setup). Ex: if a lead no-shows and you mark it as a no-show, they will be automatically sent a "no-show" email & sms campaign encouraging them to reschedule.
