Overview: Template

This guide will walk you through the necessary steps for employee training

The Templates tab enables the creation of text and email templates. These templates are useful tools for creating repetitive manual messages that are sent to clients. With the use of various components such as personalized values, activation links, and attached files, these templates can be customized to meet an array of communication requirements.

1. Select "Marketing"

3. Template List

Should you have pre-existing templates in your CRM, they will be displayed here. To facilitate easy identification, four elements associated with each template are highlighted. These include their name, body, attachments, and type.

4. Template Name

In the far left column labeled 'Message Templates' under 'Name', you will find a list of your previously created message templates, identified by their names.

Adjacent to the 'Name' column, you'll find the corresponding message body displayed to its right.

Following that, you'll be able to see any attachments that are incorporated within your templates.

7. Template Type

Based on the templates you have, you will notice either 'text' or 'email' specified in the 'Type' column, located at the far right.

8. Edit Template

To modify or view existing templates, click on the edit icon situated to the right of the template name and body. This icon resembles a box containing a pencil. When you click this symbol, a popup window will appear displaying the template details. In this window, you can make edits or send a test message. Should you make any modifications, remember to click the green 'Save' button located at the bottom of the popup.

9. Delete Template

Should you wish to remove a template that you've created, you can do so by clicking on the trashcan icon positioned to the right of the template you intend to delete. Please ensure you truly want to eliminate the template, as this action is irreversible.

10. Click "Add Template (Snippet)"

To generate a new template, click on the blue '+ Add Template' button located at the far right of your screen. You will encounter a drop-down menu that allows you to opt for either a text or email template. Upon making your selection, a popup window will appear, prompting you to input the necessary details for your new template.
