How To Use Trigger Links in SMS

In this guide, you will learn how to effectively utilize trigger links in SMS. Trigger links provide a convenient way to redirect recipients to specific content or actions when they click on the link.

1. Click "Inbox"

2. Select a "Message"

Search for the lead or recipient you want to send an SMS to.

3. Click "SMS"

Click on the SMS tab to compose a new text message.

4. Click "+"

To access the list of trigger links, click on the "+" sign.

5. Click "Trigger Links"

6. Select triggers

Select the trigger link you want to include in your message.

Once the message is sent, the trigger link's custom value will be replaced by an actual link.

Note: It's important to remember that trigger links cannot be used as short links.
