How to Set Note Added Triggers

This operation is activated once a note is appended to a contact.

1. Select "Marketing"

3. Click "Create Workflow"

4. Click "Continue"

5. Select "Note Added"

6. Click "Add filters"

Click

7. Select "Doesn't Have Tag

By opting for the "Doesn't Have Tag" filter, this process will only activate when you append notes to a contact that lacks the specific tag indicated in the filter section.

8. Select "Has Tag"

By choosing the "Has Tag" filter, the workflow will only be triggered when a note is appended to a contact possessing the designated tag.
