CRM actions - How to add/remove custom audience

5. Click "Add your first action"

6. Select "Facebook - Add to custom audience"

This action allows you to add a contact to a 'custom audience' on Facebook.

Select

Select "Facebook account id"

Select

Select "Facebook Customer Audience ID"

Select

"Add to customer Audience - Facebook" is added

7. Select "Facebook - Remove from custom audience"

This action allows you to remove a contact to a 'custom audience' on Facebook.

Select

Select "Facebook account id"
